1. Who we are

This notice covers en.kreativkontroll.hu, including the GEO package page plus the checkout.
2. What we collect, plus why
The domain you enter. We use it to run the measurement you asked for. Without it there is nothing to measure.
The competitor domains you enter. If you name competing sites, we measure those too, so that you can see your result next to theirs.
Your email address. We use it to send you your result. If you buy the package, we also use it to send you the monthly re-measurements that are part of it.
Billing details when you buy. Name, address, tax number where applicable. We need these to issue a lawful invoice.
Technical data recorded automatically. Data generated by your device while you use the site, for example your IP address. We use it for statistics, for developing the service plus for protecting users’ rights. It is not linked to other personal data.
3. Legal basis
We process your data on the basis of your consent, for the performance of our contract with you, for compliance with our legal obligations, in particular accounting obligations, plus on the basis of our legitimate interests. Where processing rests on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
4. Who else sees your data
Payments: Stripe. Card payments are handled by Stripe Technology Company Limited (One Wilton Park, Wilton Place, Dublin 2 D02 FX04, Ireland), which acts as our processor for this purpose. We never see or store your full card number.
Hosting. The site runs on rented servers located in the European Union.
Accounting. Sipos–Emhe Könyvelőiroda Kft. (7400 Kaposvár, Könyves Kálmán utca 28., Hungary) processes invoicing data on our behalf.
AI-assisted handling. Orders are processed with the help of an AI assistant, under human supervision, without automated decision-making. Anthropic PBC acts as a processor. Input plus output data are deleted after the short technical retention period set out in the applicable contractual terms, plus they are not used to train artificial intelligence models.
Beyond this, we disclose your data to another controller only where the law requires it, or at the request of a court or the police.
5. Transfers outside the EU
Some of the processing above takes place in the United States. Those transfers are made on the basis of the Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission.
6. How long we keep your data
We keep your data until the contract for the service ends. Retention periods required by law, in particular by accounting rules, are unaffected: part of the data you give us is needed for enforcing claims plus for accounting towards the authorities, so that part cannot be deleted on request while the statutory period runs.
7. Your rights
You have the right to be informed about the data we hold on you, its source, the purpose, the legal basis plus the duration of the processing, along with who receives it and why. You also have the right to have inaccurate data corrected or completed, to ask for erasure, to ask for your data in a machine-readable format, to ask us to restrict the processing, plus to object to processing based on legitimate interests.
We answer requests electronically within 30 days of receiving them.
To exercise any of these rights, write to info@kreativkontroll.hu, or to 1024 Budapest, Margit körút 29/A., Hungary.
To ask for deletion, send an email to info@kreativkontroll.hu with the subject “Data deletion”. We delete the data attributable to you within 30 days of receiving the request, except for data that accounting law requires us to keep until the statutory period expires.
8. Complaints
If you believe we have handled your data unlawfully, you may go to court, or complain to the Hungarian data protection authority: Nemzeti Adatvédelmi és Információszabadság Hatóság (NAIH), 1125 Budapest, Szilágyi Erzsébet fasor 22/C., Hungary.
9. Cookies and tracking
This site uses Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 and the Meta pixel. They are loaded only after you accept them in the cookie banner. Before you accept, no analytics or advertising script is loaded, and no analytics or advertising cookie is set. If you decline, none of them load: we only store your refusal, so that we do not ask you again on every page.
After you accept, these cookies can be set: kk_consent (your own choice), _ga and _ga_VBFWFBZTF2 (Google Analytics), _fbp (Meta). Your choice may also be stored in your browser’s local storage instead of a cookie.
Our Hungarian site, kreativkontroll.hu, works the same way: these tools load only after you accept them there.
10. Changes to this notice
We may amend this notice, in which case we publish the amended text on the website. By continuing to use the service after an amendment, you accept the amended text.
